This page collects accounts from people who may have lost money. That makes plain language about what happens to your information more important here than on an ordinary website, not less.

What the form collects

Only what you type into it: your name, email address, optionally a phone number, and your description of what happened, including dates, amounts, what you were told, what documentation you hold, and whether you have already reported it elsewhere. Nothing is pre-filled and nothing is gathered from anywhere else about you.

Along with your answers we record the date and time of the submission, the IP address it came from, and the page you submitted it from. That is kept for one reason: if an account is ever published or passed to a regulator, we need to be able to show when and from where it arrived.

Where it goes

The submission is sent as a single email to one private mailbox, using Resend, an email delivery provider. It is not shared with any other service, never sold, and never added to a mailing list. The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs.

Your submission is also written to a database. This changed on 23 August 2026; before that date submissions were emailed only. The database is Neon, a hosted Postgres provider, reached through Vercel. We made this change for one reason: email can fail, and when it does an account someone took real trouble to write can be lost. Storing it means we can always read it back. Only we can see it.

There is a third copy in one narrow case, stated because leaving it out would be misleading. If the email fails to send twice over, the full text of your submission is also written to our server log. Those logs expire on their own after a short period. This has not happened to any submission so far, and it exists only so that a delivery problem on our end cannot silently destroy an account.

Nothing is published without your permission

Submitting the form does not put anything on this site. An account is published only after the person who gave it tells us we may publish it, and we keep a record of that permission on file — by email, by a release they have signed, or by their agreement on a recorded call. If we cannot produce that record, the account does not go up, and if it is already up it comes down.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits. It records the usual things: pages viewed, approximate location by region, browser and device type, and where you arrived from. It does not receive anything you type into the form. If you would rather not be counted, Google publishes an opt-out browser add-on, and most browsers’ tracking protection blocks it as well.

Advertising

We run a small number of Google search ads so that people looking for this subject can find the page. If you arrived by clicking one, Google added a click identifier to the web address you landed on. We do not store that identifier, and we have deliberately not installed any advertising or conversion tracking on this site. When you send the form we record which page you sent it from, with the address stripped back to the page itself, so nothing that could reconnect your submission to an individual ad click is kept. There is no Meta pixel here and no advertising tag of any kind. Google still sees the click on its own side, as it would for any ad on any site, but nothing we hold ties it to what you told us.

How long it is kept, and how to have it deleted

Submissions are kept indefinitely, until you ask us to delete yours. We are telling you the real answer rather than a comfortable one. These disputes have run for years, and an account that looks isolated today can matter a great deal alongside one that arrives two years from now. So we do not delete on a timer.

You can ask us to delete yours at any time, for any reason, without explaining why, and you do not have to have published anything to ask. Write to info@FPacquingInquiry.com and we will delete the database record and the email copy, and confirm when it is done.

The same address is the right one to use if you believe anything on this site is inaccurate, including anything said about a person named here.

If someone demands your information

We may one day receive a subpoena or other legal demand for what is stored here. We will comply with a valid one; we are not able to promise otherwise, and any site that tells you it will never hand anything over is not being straight with you.

What we will do is this. Where we are legally permitted to tell you first, we will tell you, at the email address you gave us, so that you have the chance to object or to instruct your own lawyer before anything is handed over. We will not volunteer your information to anyone who has not obtained a valid legal demand for it.

If that concerns you, the sensible course is to say less rather than more, and to speak to a lawyer before you send anything.

If you call or text us

The number published on this site, (213) 734-4104, takes calls and text messages. Calls to this number are recorded for quality purposes. If you would rather not be recorded, write to info@FPacquingInquiry.com instead; it reaches the same people, and nothing about your account is lost by using it.

What we hold from a call is the number it came from, the date and time, the recording, and any notes taken during it. From a text message it is the number and the message itself. Both are kept on the same terms as a form submission — indefinitely, until you ask us to delete them — and you can ask at any time, at the address above, without explaining why.

We do not reply by text. If you text us we will read it and answer by phone or by email. Your number is not added to any list and is not passed to anyone.

No texts, no marketing

The phone number field on the form is optional and is used only to reach you about your own report. You will not receive marketing calls or text messages from this site, and your number is not passed to anyone who will send them. The line above is inbound only: this site operates no automated calling and no SMS programme at all, which is why you are not asked to consent to one and why there is no keyword to send back.

Beside the phone field there is an optional tick box asking whether we may phone you. It is a preference, not a condition of anything: if you leave it unticked we will only ever reply by email, and we record that choice alongside your submission so that it is visible before anyone picks up the phone.
